Cancellations / No shows

A 48 hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling. Your card will be charged 50% of the booked service cost if no notice is given, or if it is within 24 hours of your booked appointment slot.

Refunds

Strictly no refunds under any circumstances. If any problems arise, let is know within 48 hours. After 48 hours, there will be a fee.

Guests

Please refrain from bringing someone with you, as there may not be anywhere for them to wait. Please avoid bringing children, as it may be unsafe for other staff and clients during their appointments, especially services involving needles.
